Equipment Checkout

 

 

Starting Sept. 9, 2014, the Media Commons and Media Studio are moving to a reservation-based checkout system. The new system will allow equipment reservations to be placed so that everyone’s equipment needs will be covered and that all equipment will be ready for use when it is picked up. As with the past system, everyone who checks out equipment will be required to be camera-tested in or outside of class this semester as well as have signed the Media Commons Responsibility form: goo.gl/xth42e (Links to an external site.).

 

We require all checkout reservations to be made 24 hours in advance. We will be unable to honor any checkout reservations made less than 24 hours in advance. Late equipment fines are $15 per day and incorrectly-packed equipment fines are $5 per item.
