So, You Want to See the Dolls, Right?

So, I went home to get some stuff this week and thought I'd take some pictures with my phone of the doll room (yes, doll ROOM).
My mom made most of the dolls on this shelf the ones on top are canvas, the others are porcelain.

Same shelf closer up

Most of these are paper mache. Note the Star Trek Dolls on top. The marionette is from Thailand, I think.

She made everything in this shot.

The doll in yellow is supposed to be my cousin when he was little.

Some that she's collected over the years.

More from the collection. Howdy Doody's in there, a few pez, some from Japan, an eskimo.

Most of these she made (not Beany, or Captain Kangaroo and Mr. Greenjeans, or Pocahontas)

These are ones I made.

FROM THE ARCHIVES

We made paper dolls at my 7th birthday party
I can't get these to rotate (sorry).
Paperdolls.

American Girl doll that looks like me. Which she sewed matching outfits for us.

First Communion

This she made the doll and the outfits. She used to sell personalized dolls to the mom's of the girls in my ballet class.

I think this one's name was Jonathan...

And this is a good one, right? Me and the dolls. On the backdrop she painted. Also, the doll on the far left is supposed to be me.

And I haven't even gotten to the Wizard of Oz collection, yet.

This was my room until I got to middle school and put an
end to this. Now, it's in a different room in the basement.
